Welcome to Mayor of Beverly Hills

Posted on October 30, 2026October 31, 2026 by Da Mayor

Beverly Hills keeps showing up in other people’s stories. A movie, a headline, a brand launch, a punchline. Rarely its own.

This site is an attempt to change that. Mayor of Beverly Hills covers the city as a place where people actually live and work: the decisions at city hall, the businesses that open and close, the neighborhood issues, the schools, the events, and the people who hold it together.

It is a small city with a large reputation, and the gap between the two is where the interesting stories are.

What to expect

Short, useful posts. A new shop on Beverly Drive. A permit that changes a block. A council vote that will never make national news but will change someone’s commute. Coverage that treats the city as a beat, not a backdrop.

How to help

Local coverage only works if locals feed it. If you see something worth writing about, or know something we should look into, get in touch. Tips, corrections, and context are all welcome.

Thanks for reading. More soon.
