VAN NUYS -- Her burn-ravaged face, arms and legs showing the effects of 30 skin-graft operations, Roberta Dos Santos Busby so moved the courtroom Monday that several jurors struggled to hold back tears, while others looked stunned and even the defendant's attorney declined to cross examine her.
